Its main characteristics are: complete machine with PLC controller, man-machine interface in operation, double frequency speed regulating, two methods of rubberizing like mesh doctor and coating, two-station rotary-type rolling units, rubber coating film photoelectric rectifying and four-segment tension control. the film tension in drying tunnel adopts floating roll compensating constant tension force, magnetic powder auto tension in reeling, conic auto tension in receiving roll, gas cap oven, multi-segment heating with constant temperature, The drying tunnel guide roll runs automatically, featuring easy operation and advanced technology.
